DESCRIPTION

We meet teenage girl, Kaja 12 minutes before the first shot is fired at the Utøya summer camp July 22nd 2011, which soon is to be the worst day in modern Norway's history. They know about Anders Behring Breivik's bomb in Oslo, but is he here now? The film is based on historical events, but the characters are fictional.

DIRECTOR
Erik Poppe (1960), Norwegian film director, screenwriter and former cinematographer. Poppe is regarded as one of Europe's most experienced and compelling directors recognized for his work with actors and impeccably well-crafted multi-pronged narratives. His movies are often built around strong ensemble casts, sharp writing, impressive camera work and an uncanny knack for rhythm and music in the editing. During the last decade Poppe has become one of the most frequently awarded film directors from Scandinavia.
