DESCRIPTION
At a war-damaged block of buildings, Manal encounters Dima. Dima holds out there, transforming the cruel reality with the power of her childlike imagination. Manal is fleeing from the war. When Dima is jeopardized, Manal is forced to face her fears.
DIRECTOR
Born in Hamburg 1988. Lynn started her career in postproduction and as assistant director. She received the bachelor of arts in cultural studies (Leuphana University Lüneburg) and since then is a passionate director. Having worked as junior producer in a Hamburg-based filmproduction (Eichholz Film) and later freelance dramatic advisor, Lynn successfully shot and produced own short films, that paved her way to one of the best film schools in Germany: Since 2016 she is a masterclass directing student at Hamburg Media School.
